Where did Koncz find the balls to start opposing Bob?

I would love a in depth investigation to koncz background. What does he actually do? What other boxer has he worked for? Why does manny blindly trust him? Even Freddy once was going to pop him. I do not see his value at all I guess he is his mgr.

Koncz is the one that convinced Manny to drop the auditing firm looking into his finances. He convinced Manny to hire a lawyer. That lawyer just so happens to be the same lawyer Arum used to sue Haymon. Koncz works for Top Rank. Manny isn't a smart person at all

Arum & Koncz are never on the same page. Koncz seems to be the only one that actually speaks to Manny and voices what Manny wants. Bob just wants what Bob wants.
