Well Murray should have been lineal champ when GGG fought him, and Lemieux only ever lost early in his career when he had stamina problems. Those are both great wins especially Lemieux who is either #2 or #3 in the division along with Jacobs and GGG.

I don't know if Jacobs would beat Lemieux head to head but he definitely has even more tools than Lemieux. Elite speed, very good power, and very good length. What else can you ask for? Chin I guess but I'm banking on Floyd giving Danny some of these chin pellets so if GGG can knock him out, he deserves full credit

I'm sick of hearing how somehow a former unified IBF/WBA middleweight champion in Daniel Geale was a bum, or IBF middleweight champion Lemieux was a bum, Martin Murray who got robbed twice in world title fights was a bum. Get the f*** outta here. Daniel Jacobs IS the best challenge at 160 and GGG was more than happy to take the fight.

It's like like this. Guys talk crap on here about calling guys bums if they don't like the guy they lose too. In reality these guys were one of ten best 160ers on the entire planet.

These guys most notable boxing accomplishment is saying asinine things about people who've won world championships in professional boxing.

Look at who were the top ten 160ers when GGG came to HBO, then look at the top ten the next year.

He's either best them all or they blatantly ducked him.

GGG is elite, he's fought elite fighters. He hasn't fought another A+ talent like himself. But he is hardily the only one who had to wait until he got that chance.

He has made B and B+ guys look like they were no hopers. But guys like Stevens, Lemiuex, And even Monroe good fighters.

I have to wonder why they if ggg is so hyped, why the 154 guys are settled on fighting unproven guys instead of moving to 160 to pressure GGG? They can't fight each other. They are waiting until he is what, 35, 36, 38

If you read the context of what i was saying it was clear i was talking about taking punishment. Brook can take more. Jacobs has those Amir Khan genetics.

Christ i even said Jacobs is more powerful in terms of punch power. Hes more powerful than Martin Murray too but Murray is definitely tougher physically.
