Bud will be landing pot shots, boxing circles, countering.. he won't give Manny a stationary target. . Manny will have some success but Bud is prime, he wins wide on points. way too slick. . styles make fights, it's not about resumes because if that's the case Manny beats everybody from 135 to 147 because no other resume compares to his. this fight will be like what would've happened to Manny had he faced Zahir Raheem or Joan Guzman.. slick style boxers that dance and counter give any version of Manny problems.

I think it's far from a sure thing, but Crawford is an excellent boxer with a streak of nastiness in him and at this stage of his career, you have to question Pac's ability to dig it out against a guy like this. Crawford is a tough match stylistically and physically, and he has looked really good in his career to date.

I think it would be a fascinating match-up because Pac is still a great fighter in the pocket, and Crawford has a tendency to take risks and trade. Manny is easily good counter and him and catch him at that range.

in 2009 Manny beat Hatton and Cotto.. imo Bud is way more elusive and versatile than both of them.

...I see a couple of posters thought Manny looked like shyt against Vargas...

                Really? I don't think so.

After rewatching..I was more impressed than the first time I watched.

The speed/combos are all there. He's just flat out more of a counterpuncher now. And more of cautious one.

He got tagged by a couple overhand rights... but he adjusted and took that away in the 2nd half of the fight.

Speed and Power is all there. He's just less aggressive and brings more of a technical/counterpunching style now.

Agreed. His style has changed. He's still top drawer.

I think most are gonna go down the line of TC being supposedly more skilled than Pacquiao but the reality is, Pac looked really bad in his last ifght. Yeah he won comfortably but he looked a shadow of the guy who fought Bradley and a shadow of a shadow of the fighter who was ripping his way through 126-147lb.

Even if the Bradley III Pac turns up, he'd beat TC but he is gone now and the Pac that fought Vargas looked like a slow imitation of the Pacman.
