Either way I don't see the hype. I think he needs a new team as there is some raw natural, athletic talent there but he just isn't making the most of it.
He has no jab, no feints or drawing leads he relies on closing distance by lunging in, everything he throws is at full speed so that automatically brings his stamina into question - he has no idea how to pace himself, his defense is horrible.
Certainly going to have to show me an awful lot more than he has to win this fight. Pedraza is legit IMO I'm very impressed with him and think he's one of the most underrated boxers out there.

I expect he'll look good early on, he has a speed advantage but as it goes on Pedraza's class & experience will show and he'll pick Davis apart.
    Why am I not surprised.

If his name were Tank Davisovic and he was 33 y/o with 9 fights...you'd be on board.

Why do you always imply this sort of thing when you're the worst for it?

You've created an ALT, a persona to be like Tyrone Biggums.
      You're a parody of a parody.

That's a compliment coming from you.

Just pretend Tank is some old guy with 700 amateur fights from Who-Gives-a-****istan..and enjoy the kid's fights.

Ok that's pretty funny but you need to chill with this race baiting & calling out others on who they support. You're averaging over 1,000 posts a month with the whole pro black USA thing this is boxingscene not ***scene.
I support fighters of every colour, nationality, background I'm legit probably one of few that does.
I don't even feel like entertaining it tbh with you. I literally couldn't care less where a guys from or what colour he is or isn't.

Like most pickem fights this one will be a battle of distance. If Tank can't get on the inside then he is going to get thumped on for 12.

Tank is giving up distance, height, so he has to cut it without smothering himself. I don't care what style Davis uses, he has to get close. I'm not saying he can't do it, it's something he has to overcome, and where a smooth operator, like Pedraza, can take advantage.

True...it's the way Tank gets close that is impressive.

He can close the gap in an instant and drop bombs.

I think he loads up too much on the outside and tries to cover too much distance without jabbing his way in. It works now, but vs a world level fighter they will see those punches a lot sooner and get out the way or worse counter.

Can't wait for this fight. I'm not sure Pedraza can take Davis' bombs more than a few rounds. If he can, then it'll be a whole different story. Let's go, Tank!
