Take your head out of your ass, Khan had 2 good rounds but Garcia had him figured out by the end of round 2 and from then it was only a matter of time before Amir went to sleep. Nothing changes in the rematch, both have improved since but Khan's been brutally knocked out since so might actually be more vulnerable to DG in 2017. Anyway, I'm not sure Garcia gets past Thurman...
For the record, both Garcia and Thurman knock Khan out. Khan hasn't ever beaten a good quality power boxer, and both of them are power boxers. So is Brook, so he gets KO'd there too. Khan is best sticking to light-punching straight up boxers like Algieri and Alexander. If you have good timing, good boxing skills and can ****, you will almost certainly beat Amir Khan.
Once you take away Khan's speed, he's just a weak-chinned fighter with poor defense, a low ring IQ and below-average power.
Seems Danny Garcia has some kind of relation with Raymond or something. Everybody loves to have a piece of him. I've been a Thurman critic, a thomas doubter, but this Garcia fight is his to win. Probably easier than the Guerrero or Porter fights, where he's cornered on the ropes. Something Garcia has never been able to do when pitted against top opposition.
Not a Khan fan BUT... people need to re-watch the Garcia fight to see how he was killing him before he got caught. If Khan fights the way he fought Alexander, he can win. Tightrope though...
