Dawson is not Ward's best win, he would be lucky to make Ward's top 5, simply because that fight was at 168..... so I can't figure out why you are fixated on that fight?..... especially considering the fact that Ward just moved to 175 specifically to fight Kovalev

..... and YES, Ward specifically stated on numerous occasions BEFORE moving to 175 that he was moving up for Kovalev

Dawson wasnt a good win at 168,any fool could see he was dead at the weight. You say Dawson called for 168,Dawsom says he accepted it but wanted the fight at a catchweight. I believe Dawson, why wouldn't he ask for a higher weight first? You believe Froch on 166,despite him only saying it now. You go on about 154 to 168, but Andre saying anyone at 175 and then rejecting Adonis doesn't seem to matter. I get it. Everyone gets it. You don't like Golovkin. Andre didn't move up for Kovalev. Andre didn't move up for Kovalev. All of his interviews state he moved up when his body was ready. He is a lightheavyweight. When he wasn't, he didn't want Dawson at the weight or Adonis. About****time still has mental issues i see , still going into every GGG thread (this one about GGG vs Jacobs) and talking about Ward , jesus f***k christ would you let it go ? everyone moved on but you , what is the big obsession you have with the guy , if you are on the GGG camp you have your reasons for why Ward fight didnt happen and you are on Ward camp you have yours, there is no denying that Ward went up to LHW and took on the best fighter there (and lost a very close fight in my meaningless opinion) , i give him tons of credit for doing that , and yes GGG hadn't taken such a risk in his career where he goes into a 50/50 fight , but man you are really over the top crazy about him.......

Your obviously oblivious to what I'm saying about your bias. Try this. Ward outgrew his division. As in couldn't make supermiddle anymore. So he didn't go up a weight to fight anyone. He just grew into a new division. Your asking Golovkin to go up a weight, to a weight he doesn't belong at. Different thing. You believe Frochs word on 166 but not Dawson on 170.You say GGG should be vilified for the 154 168 thing, but Ward ducking Stevenson after stating anyone at 168 175 gets a pass. Now he's doing what Ward just did, taking on the best puncher and next best fighter at his weight. Unlike Ward, he won't win it controversially, in a fight where according to Froch who never lies, he used negative and illegal tactics. Golovkin will knock Jacobs out. I guess you think I'm new to boxing because you don't know who Danny Williams and Henry Akinwande, who were my gymates at one point are. I know what it's like in there, which is why myself, and every fighter I've met in the gym admire GGG for his style and power. And willingness to trade. But each to there own.

Give me a break. You just can't see it can you. Ward said again and again he'd only go to lightheavy when his body was ready. That's why after telling espn he was ready for anyone at 175 he turned down Adonis who challenged him after he won Dawsons title. The fact he also didn't want Dawsons title, an extra title, even at a catchweight further proves he didn't want to fight at a weight he didn't have to. Before he fought Kovalev, he fought as a lightheavyweight three times. He didn't just jump up to another weight like you want GGG to. He belongs in that division, even stating that hes a bit tight there. I guess you think he just decided to quit supermiddle and add 7lb of lean muscle artificially to fight Kovalev. It don't work like that. The growth was natural and irreversible. If Golovkin had gone up, the weight disadvantage would've been pronounced, hence why he may have asked for a catchweight. When Ward was a supermiddle, he had a large natural disadvantage against Dawson. Hence why he didn't consider jumping up for another title,evem though he SAID he could beat anyone at 175.Fools like you think these guys can artificially gain all that lean weight.
