The thing is, Crawford could ask for $100M and it wouldn't matter. Negotiations start with the A-side. Manny is the A-side. Manny wanting a $20M guarantee killsthe negotiations before they even get started. Pac's only doing 300K PPV buys nowadays. So if they legitimately feel a Crawford fight will generate enough revenue to guarantee Manny $20M and not lose their asses. Crawford brings more to the table than we think, and he needs to demand more money. But me, you, and most importantly Team Pacquaio knows that $20M isn't a realistic number, which ia why they threw it out there.
