Canelo should jump all over this. He can continue to amass a fortune while still avoiding GGG.

I'm a long-time Cotto fan and have always respected his willingness to take on bigger fighters (though I initially thought that 154 was too much for him). That said, Canelo won the fight 116-112. Like so many people have already said, the rounds were close, but Cotto's only effective tool was his jab.

He admitted Manny lost to Floyd. Then about a year later forgot he admitted it publically and started crying that they were robbed.

Cotto was just too small for Canelo point blank that was the main difference. His punches didn't do much damage to Canelo, he was walking through it. Canelo power shots was too much and I don't see this fight being any different in a rematch.

I don't want to see this fight again,just a waste of time,of course both will get paid good,thats all it's about if this fight does happen,it's a "business" move,nothing more,cotto lost,i don't care why he lost,if he was too small,to weak,old,whatever,he lost,no point in this fight at all

A commentary on both fighters: Canelo is very tough and an excellent fighter but one never gets the impression that he is great, as his promoter Oscar De La Hoya in fact was. Cotto had a little bit of greatness in his prime perhaps, but not quite up to beating Pacquiao or Mayweather.
