Tim Bradley is probably not even 5th the best welterweight. I like Tim but he is always rated a little too high for loosing to PAC man and beating Marquez. @140 I think he was the best but not welterweight he's a damn good welterweight but not top 5 at all. If people here didn't hate Al Harmon so much they would realize that but unfortunately I know it's not gonna happen.
