Punchers chance for Horn, but that's about it. He pummeled a shot Randall Bailey, so he at least has a name on his resume. Wasn't overly impressed with his last fight against a seriously limited Ali Funeka, he was clearly the better boxer in the ring, but looked really unpolished.

While Horn is a top 10-15 Welterweight, Manny shouldn't be fighting this guy at this stage of his career.
