He was VERY careful in who he picked, their style and experience.
Before the comeback I think he fought more guys in or around their prime.
Although this is debatable as well.
I still remember when that guy on ESPN asked him why his come back fight was a lightweight JMM and Mays reply was cos he called me out. ESPN guy then said Marg and Cotto were calling him out too and May started stuttering lol
That sums up his career and his intellect.

He could have not cheated with IVs and vampire facials, not ran from Pacman for 6 years while saying "he must leave arum", "im a rich coward" and "40m no ppv", could have not taken all those "vacations" to duck his entire welterweight division, could have not ducked prime Margarito and Williams, could have not cheated Marquez on the scales, could have not gotten his ass whooped by Castillo and Maidana, could have not taken away Maidana's gloves, could have not sucker punched Ortiz, could have not drained Canelo to 152, the list goes on and on.
Fraud jr will be remembered as the biggest fraud and traitor in boxing history, his crimes of treason against the sport of boxing will be forever remembered!

Because it didn't happen in real life.

Always thought Mayweather would go on to be more appreciated than he was during his career, and this thread is not the first of it's kind post-Mayweather-retirement.
Would be funny to see Mayweather become overrated historically in the future. Though it's difficult to overrate someone who is easily an ATG.
