Prior to signing with K2, GGG was a nobody from nowheresville fighting against nobodies in butt****nowhere.

In just 20 fights since then, he has made millions, won 3/4 mw titles, is sponsored by Jordan & Apple and is one of the best known boxers on the planet.

His only weakness remains the fact that he is from nowheresville and therefore does not bring with him hundreds of thousands of fans who will pay for his PPVs simply because of his nationality.

anyone could do the same with someone who is on a 20+ ko streak. Plus those sponsors, we don't know the details about them at all. And I'm not referring to all of that anyway, I'm referring to his resume or lack there of at this point in his career. Have done great with him business wise, legacy wise? Not so much.
