do any of you boxers e.g amateurs or professional boxers smoke i go boxing training at a boxing club and i use the electronic cigarette a lot i might smoke a normal cigarette

I never smoke when I used to train, I do casualy smoke e-cigs but I'm thinking I wanna go back to boxing maybe as a pro, and if I actually go back to training there's no way I'll smoke -

I smoke - has never effected my stamina IN THE LEAST.
Just don't smoke between rounds, or a few hours before training lol. Simple.
I wouldn't encourage it - and I'd recommend quitting just because - but testament from a smoker who has boxed amateur before, I had no issues.Comment

if you smoke then you obviously dont want to perform to the best of your abilities. theres no excuse for handicapping yourself.Comment
