If this was to be televised on Showtime, he wouldn't be saying that.

This fight simply represent bad business for GGG. By Canelo taking this fight he not only preventing GGG from cashing in against Chavez but at the same time he just going to make sure he go into regonatiatiin with GGG reassure of being the biggest draw.

From boxing fan perspective I simply hate this side of boxing. Allowing people to take more money from the pie than they should

This is a popular fight and not a fight that would dictate who is the best. People will buy it.

But on the other hand if Canelo wins how is it possible to keep him in the p4p ratings. This will be his third fight in a row that he would be fighting a lower tier fighter. On top of that, didn't he said that he wanted to fight more frequent?

All action slugfest!? How many of those have you seen Canelo in? He isn't some face first brawler, all action slugfests aren't his style

Saul Alvarez is a Puncher, but he welcomes a Brawl. Julio Cesar Chavez jr is a Pressure Fighter. Chavez is going to Pressure Alvarez and it's going to turn into a Brawl. The Pothead will beat The Disgrace in an exciting Brawl.

It seems like Paulie has very little respect for Mexican Boxing and Mexican Boxing Fans. I think he's just jealous because Boxing is so much bigger in Mexico than the U.S.

Unfortunately for Paula he has never been in a PPV fight and he will never be in one!

All of his important fights (2) he lost. He is a good commentator never an elite fighter.

Waste of time was watching him trying to crack an egg with his feather fist. The fight is intriguing because just in case Julio beats Saul, he would be gaining a match with GGG and will carry the credential into the ring that he beat Canelo before GGG got to him.

I don't think he would welcome a brawl. I think he'd look to slip punches and counter off his opponents mistakes. He doesn't seem to keen on taking punishment. He isn't the slickest fighter in the world but his defense is pretty good.
