This would be a really good fight and GGG should fight Lara. Canelo did and props to him for taking that fight which I thought he won by a point. Canelo landed less head punches than Lara but all those body punches do count and he landed the more effective blows. Lara would be like a b-grade version of Mayweather to challenge Golovkin. I'd tip GGG by decision or late tko win. Make the fight happen and don't talk of 'if the money is right'.

Lara wouldn't do any better against GGG than Willie Monroe Jr did.
After Lara gets KO'd, all the people who were calling for this fight will be crying about GGG "picking on little fighters" and saying Lara is a bum anyways.
All Lara's team does is talk about it to generate interest when he has a fight coming up.

Lara could've got that WBA belt off Jacobs any time since Aug. 2014 when Jacobs won it.
He'd have got a mandatory shot at GGG. He could've forced this fight that so many people think he wants.
If his team really think GGG is avoiding it(lol)they could've made a move, won a fight and forced the issue a long time ago.

Exactly Lara is a good fighter at 154 but there is a reason GGG won't fight 154 he's not a JMW he's a full MW and there is a difference in power I think Lara would do good for a few rounds then the power would get to him like everyone else. If he blows Jacobs away you won't hear anything else from team Lara.

I.don't understand why Lara has to make the offer. He said he's will and GGG is the A side. It's not like Mayweather would wait for someone to send him an offer. GGG and company can do no wrong in some people's eyes.

After Lara's marathon against Canelo, I have no interest at all in watching him "fight" anymore. He'd be better off on the Cuban track team.

Lara needs to shut up. He never beat a middleweight in his life. GGG is the champ and Jacobs is his number one contender. GGG is fighting the guy he is supposed to fight while Lara is fighting a guy boxrec ranks 132nd in the world at 154 next.

Lara could actually fight someone at 160 first...you can't duck someone who's not even in your weight class. I'd watch GGG fight lara next if the Canelo fight can't get made, but it's not like Im clamoring to see it. beating Yuri Foreman in a boring 12 round decision won't change that either
