What a joke for people to say Ward. Dude got beat by Kovalev, regardless whether or not he won the fight officially. Ward was not better than Kov that night, so no one can say he is #1. I'll give him top 10 for his effort, but that's it. Weird ass posters in this forum.Comment

dude.....Ward is from Oakland....not Las VegasPretexts... so, following the argument of that guy Orlando deserves at least be in the top-5. That's ridiculous a win is not only a win, there is forms of win in this sport.
Ah, and Salido was heavy, yep, but he was tired since round 8 and that's not normal in Orlando.
Ward was not clear in that fight vs Kovalev, he won only because he was the local mal, period.
If he can beat Kovalev in a good form he will be the #1, no doubt about this but he doesn't want to fight again.
Kovalev has fought in the US consistently for years....has been on HBO for years...was the in-house fighter
Ward won bro....many pro fighters, trainers, officials had it 1-2 points for ward....I could see a draw or wouldn't have cried foul if kov won...the fight had like 4 swing rounds.
when two elite fighters square off, its rare you see a dominant performance...close fights happen...wish some people would stop acting like this fight was Augustus vs Burton or Whitaker vs chavez.....those were ROBBERIES.Comment

.....let the butthurt go bro...its a new year...been almost 2 months
kov lost fair and square....had he ADJUSTED and actually learned more than a head lock on the inside, He'd have sealed the deal...ward picked up steam and finished stronger....both are great but kov lost...deal with itComment

youre a boxing fan right......we already have a thread where we scored round by round and majority on this site scored it for ward or a draw
simple
score it round by round......which rounds you gave to who and post it......otherwise give it a rest......try to give Kov all those rounds the official judges missed without looking like an idiot....I'll wait.Comment
