I haven't lost any respect for him. I had Andre Ward winning the fight. I think Kovalev is just using public pressure to force the rematch. He only got $2 million from the fight, it could be viewed as negotiating a bigger payday

Like ol' mate already said, he is using public pressure to get ward in the ring again.

If anything i am dissapointed with ward. He got 5 mil, Kov got 2 mil as unified champ. Now for a re-match ward needs a greater purse and everything his way.

I can see with his arrogant mentality what caused so much trouble with Dan Goosen.
Ward is talking retirement to get out of re-match clause.

Kov gave you the chance to be unified champion, its only fair and right to give him a rematch.
