I didn't say he pulled out of a fight lol. I said he keeps talking all these big names & then fights bs guys.

And to go further into details I'm definitely a guy who understands there are business checks & balances in the sport that are beyond a fighters control, but at some point you gotta f#cking do something vs a opponent people give a f#ck about you fighting & there are &/or have been more worthwhile opponents to fight on the PBC side of the tracks then the guys Stevenson has fought since Fonfara.

exactly..he and ward fought for number 2 and 3..so that is exactly wat they get while stevenson is still the top mf'n dog with the lineal belt willing to knock both of their asses out..i want to see the fights.

its funny how the champion who won the purse bid gets all the blame... The dirty russian gets all the praise for ducking the purse bid...... The double standards black champions have to go through in boxing are disgusting...

I always thought that

it is a nightmare match up for kov more than it is adonis, but adonis could get tired and when he gets tired he gets chinny..

kov can be chinny as well ppl forget that..the long arms of adonis and the abilty to counter teh jab from round 1 to round none might just kill kov..

i highly doubt it but ppl are burnt out on adonis not getting the big names that he wants..he promised kov in june, but kathy and hbo refused to work with showtime, and any boxing fan not ahppy about networks trying to work together is a fuggin loser!

It's tough to tell especially after Kovalev knocked him out in the rematch, but Stevenson doesn't seem to be well liked. He had a pretty good pop after knocking out Dawson but the fact that he has done nothing since then and that Pascal cuts him up all the time calling him "our national chicken", certainly doesn't increase his popularity.

ppl hate adonis, but dont understand kov resume is still playing catch up to adonis's huge 2014...it's not his fault duva and hbo refused to work alongside showtime after duva pulled kov from the purse bid..adonis just fought a man that came off 3 ko wins while ward went 12 with brand...one thing i know is ward could never ko adonis..but thomas williams jr can ko anyone at 175 with the right shot...SO THERE IS ALWAYS A SILVERLINING!

Ward isn't going anywhere near Stevonson. Kovalev is a good fighter but Stevonson's left hand is the best in boxing.

ward would be overmatched..only way he can win this one is with his brain..but sugar hill is highly educational in that corner..he will tell him wat ward is doing and 1 round later adonis will have ward adjusting to something else or just taking a beating..it is ward's choice

Man a few years ago I wasn't sure, but everything Adonis has done/said since then fits with the theory that he's scared of Kovalev. He wasn't chasing those titles at all when Kovalev had them. He even called out Ward a few years ago instead of Kovalev even when Ward was at 168, and Kov was the champ in his own weight class. But now suddenly Ward gets a robbery decision, and Adonis wants to pretend Ward won and suddenly chase Ward when he had no interest in calling out Kovalev the whole time.

Stevenson is such a crappy champ.

kov ducked the purse bid, but EVERYTHING says adonis is scared?? man i tell you...um um um...i just dont know wat to say about this dumb ****...then adonis said hey ok u can duck that fine..lets just have hbo and showtime work together so i can knock yo butt out and they declined that too..DAMN!
