So by the logic you applied to Jacobs, trip is scared of Alvarez. Jacobs held out for what he felt he was worth in a fight vs Trip and he eventually signed. Trip is holding out for what he believes he is worth in a fight vs Alvarez but he isn't scared like you say Jacobs is? Both fighters are doing what you would do....maximize your money in every fight regardless of public opinion.

You don't list Jacobs as one of your favorites but it's clear you want Jacobs to knock him out. Be honest and take GGG out of your favorite fighters list. You can replace him with Jacobs. For a guy with Jacob's mediocre chin bum rushing GGG is an excellent way for Jacobs to get himself knocked out in the first round.

I'm trying to hype him up, tbh we all know he's going to be slaughtered, I'm just hoping that he atleast gives us a good fight, I know the fight we've all been waiting for is Canelo-Golovkin or maybe in the future Ward-Golovkin, or maybe even Golovkin-Ramriez and Golokvin-DeGale but there's nothing wrong with hoping Jacobs attacking Golovkin, we need to see the best of Golovkin, he's so much better than his opponents none of them have tested him so far

It's rare a fighter is scared of another. They are fighters. These two will get it on and hopefully it is a top quality fight.

Yes, a fair payday. Before the fight was mandated Loeffler said he thinks the fight will be bigger than Lemieux-GGG. After the fight was made they released the tickets and they're double the price o GGG's most expensive tickets (Lemieux-GGG). So K2 was going to double their profits but pay Jacobs only 200k more than Lemieux? Besides Canelo, who else is GGG selling $1000 tickets against? Jacobs is a strong B-side and the ticket prices prove it.

You are right! GGG's team was trying to stiff Jacobs out of a bunch of money. That a promoter would try to rip off an opposing fighter should not surprise any of these guys posting. I am glad Jacobs held out, but I don't think it will go well for him on fight night.
