        No, not really. Still has his ring savvy and enough of his physical skill and reflexes to beat him the first time around, but he's been on a steady decline for a few years now. His peak was around the Lopez fights and since those fights he's started slowing down in general.

        He wasn't shot by any means, hell he beat Loma who went on to whip Russell etc. He was still one of the best at 126 but he had certainly declined from his best years previous.
