    Yutaka Niida(10 defense world champion)

Katsunari Takayama(Six time world Champion and current WBO Champion, After his lost he went on to become the IBF world champion)

Juan Francisco Estrada(after his lost he went and Unified the division WBA/WBO)

Francisco Rodriguez Jr.(After his lost he went and Unified the division IBF/WBO)

Akira Yaegashi(TBR/Ring/Lineal Champion and WBC Champion, After his lost he went on to become the IBF world champion and has successfully defended)

Edgar Sosa( Former multi defense WBC world champion, he defeated Brain Viloria, Giovani Segura and went 12 with Yaegashi)

Brian Viloria( Former Unified WBA/WBO champion, lost SD to Estrada)

McWilliams Arroyo( Beat IBF champion Ruenroeng on his home turf and was robed blind)

Carlos Cuadras(WBC Champion and took his cherry)

You dare to call that list a bunch of scrubs.
Yeah scrubs. Those lighter weight divisions are known to be devoid of talent, so it's possible for fighters who aren't that good to defend a belt 10 times, if there is nothing in terms of talent in the division. Viloria is old and past it, and you dare bring him up to try and say hey, he wasn't a scrub. I acknowledge Cuadras, and Estrada as decent fighters.

Give Cuadras his deserved rematch , put Inoue on the undercard and build the fight for the fans watching .
Sounds like the best plan for these guys. I'm thinking it would be an excellent fight when it happens, though. Both are so much fun to watch.

Bigger and stronger but not better. I think if Estrada fights smart he can outbox him. Roman just needs to be Roman and stay busy and pressure him. Inoue has not fought anyone as good as the two above mentioned fighters. Def more skill than Inoue has seen

I see some prime Roy Jones in him, very talented fighter. Oh man for boxing purists, him vs Roman would be a super fight.
