And right after that is willing to fight a 165 pound fighter when he is the one who said middleweight was too big.

My guess is that people in Mexico wanna see Jr beating Canelo. He will be seen as some kind of hero. Canelo got some bad reputation after what he did... the fight can be huge just because of that.

praying this circus falls apart.. how df is this a "mega fight"? Chavez Jr hasn't been good since...never, he has never been good. they're just using that whole Mexican angle because of Cinco De Mayo. are Mexicans really dying to see this ****?

I Know some are not excited about this fight, but I believe if Chavez Jr has no problem making weight, this fight ends in an upset. We have a sittuation here were two fighters have made a career of defeating smaller opponents. When these two men step in the ring, Canelo for the first time in his career will be the smaller man. This fight has all the makings of an upset, and we can very well be talking about GGG vs. Chavez jr after May 6th.
