Why dont Hatton fans take him for what he is someone who can apply non-stop pressure and power punches to a fighter who's smaller or has a similar style, up against a boxer ot stronger opponent and he'll be done. He may be undefeated but in the US that'll change real quick. Maybe Hatton can walk through what Mayweather can throws at him, but he wont be able to walk through it all night, and he wont be able to land effective punches, when he gets close Mayweather will be long gone, Not even Judah which was very fast couldn't landed that many clean shot. in my honest opinion; Hatton is a very good fighter, PBF is a great boxer. I'm not ridding anyone **** but i recognize skill

Comparing an old and weight-drained Gatti to a fresh Hatton is not useful. Hatton's pressure vs a bigger man in Collazo helped to tire Hatton. He went at the bigger man all night. Floyd is smaller and weaker and cannot hope to have the same effect on Hatton.

Because that's false. Hatton has outmuscled guys as big as him. He has boxed well and beaten guys who are skilled 'boxers' (Tszyu/Collazo). The fact is, Hatton beat the boxer in Collazo even if it was a close fight, so saying Hatton is 'done' vs anyone stronger or faster than him is just...well...******.

He barely beat Collazo, who not a very big welterweight, & Tszyu was past his prime. You now it's funny for a guy with 41 wins he has very few note worthy fights Collazo/Tszyu is it. In my opinion he has the same problem PBF has in that they have to start fighting the best, but i see Floyd beating the best(including Hatton), i dont see hatton doing that, but hey i cant see the future, and i could be wrong.

This is a ****** post, pure and simple. Collazo is a large-framed, natural welter. Just a naturally much larger guy than Ricky.

Nobody was saying Tszyu was past his prime going in, so why say it now? Just because he lost to Hatton. Everyone was betting on which round Kostya would KO Hatton going in, remember?

I love how morons try to start rewriting history when a fighter turns in an off night (with a win, no less).

NOw I'm not basing my opinion on the results or the difficulty that Hatton had on sat, I'm judging on style alone. and in my opinion a young buck can take out a fighter that's on the downhill slope to 40(Tszyu). Now i'm gonna stop talking honestly about Hatton cause some people have issues with people talking about their hometown hero(I'm Nicaraguan and i knew Mayorga would lose badly, i'm about the sport & who's the best boxer), but i assure you that hatton will be handed a loss in his next few fight, If not by Mayweather then someone else. And no one says anything about the fact that ive seen people mention 3 Hatton fights(who knows about the other 38) in defense of why he's one of the best, i can name alot more Mayweather fights that were brilliantly executed.
