This fight was extremely close, ugly and Hatton was hurt several times.
Look, we could argue with the facts for so long but im fed up of repeating myself. My point is that after one bad performance everything changes, If Hatton absolutely dominates his next opponent and Floyd only just gets through his next fight then the results of this poll will be completely different

I like Hatton alot but I have to pick Mayweather on this one. The question is whether he would stop Hatton or get a UD.

The timing is not the issue, the performance is. Mayweather won convincingly over Judah whilst Hatton struggled against a relatively known fighter.

And after PBF/Judah im sure something similar was done and the results were alot closer maybe even the odd one or two in Hatton's favour, just goes to show how fickle some ' fans ' can be
That's because it was before Hatton was exposed.

I scored it 115-112 for Hatton (vs Collazo). Collazo is much bigger than Floyd. Floyd will not hurt Hatton. Hatton still never went down vs Collazo and it is very apparent that Collazo was one of those unknown types who geuinely are good boxers.

There is no basis to say Floyd will stop Hatton except maybe on cuts. Floyd fought at 130 lbs and should still be at 140 at the highest. Floyd will box and move a lot vs Hatton, just as he did vs Castillo, and as you saw he was never close to stopping Castillo.

Hatton can definitely beat Floyd. I'd say it's 50-50 though.

By your logic, we can say Floyd was exposed vs Castillo in their 1st fight and that because of that Hatton will beat Floyd.

              Think.

If Hatton lands his body shots, Hatton wins.

                But I'm not voting.

At Jr. Welter....Hatton would hold his own and perhaps get robbed in a decision if he fought brilliantly.

At Welterweight he doesn't really stand much of a chance.

He can't close the gap and expect not to pay with short left hooks and hookercuts on the inside that Floyd deals out.

I think he'd get stopped in the later rounds after absorbing way too much punishment.

Castillo has much, much, much, much, much, much, much, much better defense than Hatton. And moves his head a lot better and jabs while comming in. Hatton doesn't.

And Mayweather was exposed to a certain extent in the first Castillo fight.
