im a big hatton fan and i have to say myself Collazo not only hurt hatton a few times he was very close to shattering he's american dream as well.it was a very good fight and i think hatton need to work very hard if he's looking the winner of corrales vs castillo cause they r 2 fighter who can fight like **** as we all should know

still not sold on Hatton, but I was hoping he would win, the other guy had lil power, was it 12kos? I know the 147 lbs made the deff, but hatton doesnt need to look to fight Castillo, maybe corrales, but if corrales catches him, I think it'd be over

Hatton is the working man fighter and someone that easy to root for, but as someone who saw him fight for the first time sat. i think he still needs to look better to impress the majority of american fans who have never seen him fight, i dont hate but IMHO he's not the best around, maybe i'm a doubter. In the U.S. boxers have the oppurtunity to face a large variety(even if they dont, the chance is there) fighters with different styles, making them become better fighter and he maybe on his way in that direction.

I agree that it is hard to hate Hatton. You have to love his style and his attitude out side of the ring. Im still a doubter however. The was people talk about him makes him sound like the greatest fighter around. I think he still has somthing to prove against top rated guys especially at welter weight. But no mater what happens with Hatton involved it should be exciting at the very least

If Hatton said he wasnt hurt everyone would know he was lying so who cares if he admitted it. Like someone else said, he was visibly hurt. But i agree that Hatton is a class act even though i hate him as a boxer.

Hatton has very few haters. He has some doubters, but haters? Nah...people love him or doubt him. He's your ordinary man outside of the ring. He's rather drive a Ford Escort or a Subaru Impreza than a BMW or Mercedes Benz. He'd drink beer over wine. Stay at home with his parents than go out getting trashed.

Even this place, as opinionated as it is, has never really hated on Hatton. And the respect he showed Kostya speaks volumes about his character.
