No, no he hasn't. Chuck Norris said he wasn't a fighter and laughed at the notion of the two fighting and was attacked by ****** Lee fans for saying it. Plenty of others have said he wasn't a fighter either.

Man are you an idiot; First you put words in Jug's mouth, saying he and others said "Lee was a fighter" when he actually gave you a great, thoughtful response....a lot more than you deserved.

Now you misrepresent Norris who thought the world of Lee...and idiot, Norris was not technically much more of a fighter according to professional boxing standards, than Lee considering that his matches were restricted contact.

What you don't get is that even to Norris...who fought in matches, etc...the main thrust of his training was developing his art and technical expertise, its different and its not like he was a fighter in the same way a professional fighter is...its a different path.

Lee and Norris were both gifted martial artists... fighting was a way to trade off technique and develop. So stop exxagerating any conflict between Norris and Lee, and try to understand that guys like Super foot Wallis, Skip Mullins, Tom La Puppet, Joe Lewis (the karate Joe Lewis), Riley Hawkins, Chuck Norris, Bruce Lee, etc were martial artists who liked to fight...Some of them fought professionally briefly, but not at the top echelon of boxing...because they were first and foremost martial artists!

Lee never intended to become a fighter, yet his theories have become part of self protection theory and practice, and have helped many fighters!
