I'm totally cool with AJ though and he'd make a fine champ (well, I guess he IS champ, it just doesn't feel like it because he's not beat anyone yet).
wlad owes us a good outing.

The way I see it, Wlad looked to be on a gradual decline since the Jennings fight but one critical factor in that fight was, on American soil, the ref didn't allow him to clinch to the same degree he usually does, which threw him off his game. He actually got a point deducted for clinching. It's a part of his game and it's generally agreed that Wladimir uses clinching to tire out and control his opponent. When that strategy is compromised it can change the fight.

In the UK, against Joshua, it's likely the same situation could reoccur. Wladimir won't be allowed to clinch in his usual fashion and consequently he'll be open to getting hit more often than usual. Fury was different because his movement negated some of the clinching so he didn't need to depend on the ref's adjudication.

Lol are you nuts? Wlad is 40 and it's not SO much his age, it's also more that in April he will have 17 months without a fight. Then add in that he's facing a guy his own size, Olympic Gold medal winner, younger and seemingly just as powerful, if not more powerful and very skilled.

Wlad's whole thing is height and reach advantage to jab his opponent to death and throw down that right hand. The two times he fought guys his own height or taller in the last 5 years was Mariusz Wach and Tyson Fury and they went all 24 rounds with him, with Fury taking the W. Joshua at the very least repeats what Fury did, at best he KO's him. If Wlad comes in there with ring rust and fights scared, Joshua may KO him.

It's not my money so idc, but damn, I hope you are balling out of control and $19k is nothing for you, that's far too risky. But good for you if you end up winning.
