I doubt it. Klitschko had the German commission handle the entire testing because he didn't trust Russian commission.

Povetkin was with Sauerland, not Ryabinski, when he fought Wlad, and Sauerland fighters all do year round Olympic style random testing.

He could have been using Medonium then though, because it didn't go on the banned list till the begining of this year.
