19 pounds is a bit extreme. More than 15 is extreme.
Mayweather and Pacquiao are the exception in boxing. Just about every other fighter is nowhere near talented enough to fight within 10 pounds of their non fight weight.

We all thought Martinez would humiliate him as well. He did, but got put on his ass. I think a lot of people wouldn't mind chavez getting beat down and canelo getting put on his ass even with a lopsided ud.

Funny thing is that both Oscar and canelo said canelo wasn't a 160 fighter and had to grow into the division, that was the reason for the GGG fight being set for sept 17, yet here he is fighting at 165, this just shows that canelo and Oscar are hoping GGG slips a lot in the next 9 months, more than likely the fight will happen in 2018 or 2019, only an idiot cannot see the writing on the wall

Canelo will fight Golovkin unless he makes unreasonable financial demands. Canelo is trying to get the Chavez fight while he still can. He knows he can have Grovelkin any time. Since Canelo has to make weight concessions to Grovelkin, he is not in a rush being the a side mega superstar. Chavez Jr on the other hand, is a marketable name fighter that is on the verge of being insignificant. Canelo must make that fight now or lose out on it being a big event forever. Obviously Canelo thinks so little of Chavez, he is willing to jump up 11 lbs for that big financial reward. Something Grovelkin can't offer since Grovelkin is trying to get so much of the money that it isn't as economical to Canelo as the Chavez fight.
