Actually a dominant beating over several rounds is more convincing than a first round KO. First round KO's are pretty rare at that level and I seriously doubt Jacobs would win in such a manner 10 times out of 10.

But like I said, the wins are pretty much equal.

Quillin is more talented and has a better resume than Lemieux...less losses as well. He has been in with and beat better fighters as well.
Murray IMO beat Sturm, had a very close fight against Martinez and was the most recent fighter that lasted longer against GGG. He is a solid fighter but not a great fighter. His lack of power is what has held him back

the man has 0 official wins over world class opposition....moral victories mean nothing

Martin Murray's name wouldnt even come up on this site, if he wasnt GGG's best or one of his best opponents.....lets keep it 100% and its pretty pathetic that a p4p entrants top win is against a guy who has done nothing on the world stage

Murray is a solid fighter and a solid win, especially stopping him. Which by the way it was via accumulation.

Not saying that Murray is good but from the lower tier of fighters there are good solid fighters. Lemieux is a solid fighter but if it wasn't for his power he is very limited but still a good win the way triple G handled him. Jacobs only has Quillin.

I give GGG the edge in facing better competition.

Who are these fighters that Quillin has beat that makes his resume clearly better than Lemieux? Their resumes are nearly identical as far as names worth mentioning outside of Winky, who was so far past it its not even funny, and Lee, who if it were'nt for a bad call on the one knockdown, Quillin lost to. I mean a Lee who was schooled by the likes of Korobov and Jackson before uncorking his signature KO shot. But I'm suppose to believe Quillin has all this talent when he could'nt even outbox him?

it was a good win but should it , arguably, be the best win on a p4p entrants resume? hell to the naw...murray is a decent euro level fighter who can give world class guys good work but 0 wins

he drew with Lee...who is better than anyone Lemieux has beat or drew with

He also beat N'Dam first, also beat former champion Winky Wright

fringe guys and former contenders Echols, Brinkley, Rosado, Guerrero

He clearly has a better resume than Lemieux and no losses to a shot Alcine and NEVER was Rubio

How is Lemieux better than Quillin when Lemieux had the TWO losses - with one by knockout?

                  Put down the crack pipe.

                  Quillin >>> Lemieux

You mean the Lee whose best wins are Vera, Jackson and Korobov? Whom two of the three boxed Andy's ears off.

Lemieux beat N'Dam, Guerrero and Rosado. Why bring up a shot to **** Echols who was 2-3-3 in his last eight fights when he fought Quillin? Why bring up Winky when he had'nt fought in 3 years, was 1-2-1 in his last 4 fights and had'nt had a meaningful win in 7 years? And Brinkley? Cmon man. If we are going to dig that deep to pump a guys resume then you have to give credit to Lemieux for Camacho Jr. and Tapia
