many saw khan winning the early rounds but judges had khan losing. But then again, Canelo always gets rounds scored in his favor whether he wins them or not. As for khan, he's a front runner, he can win early rounds but it's pointless if it ends in him getting ko'd as it did with Garcia, Canelo, and will probably happen vs brook too.

To be honest with you, I really don't care about this fight. Between the two of them, they have a Porter win at 147. Khan hasn't done anything since 2011 when he beat Maidana. It appears that their big names in the UK. That's cool, but this isn't a relevant fight in determine who the best is at 147. I will be highly disappointed if Brook-Spence doesn't happen because Spence has been trying to get someone to fight him and it appears as though no one want to do so (the risk of losing to him doesn't outweigh the reward of fighting him at this point). If it doesn't though, whatever. We all move on. If Brook vacates and fights Khan, hopefully he can get things cracking at 154.

Can maybe understand Khan's perspective if he's given up on getting a fight with Pac, but hard to understand why Brook would give up his belt.

If at 147, would the winner carry Khan's mandatory challenger slot that Khan has been told is 'under consideration' depending on how his 'tune-up' goes ? Presumably if Khan wins he gets to keep his mando slot, but what if he loses ? Why would Brook trade in a belt for a mando slot ? (or nothing if he lost). It would widely be viewed as ducking Spence.
What's hard to understand? He can go life and death with Spence for 1/10 the money of a Khan fight, or be in a winnable fight with ten times the reward. Belts have their appeal up to a certain point.

Anybody except Errol Spence Jr.! Neither of these guys want that work! IBF should just announce Spence Jr. vs. Porter for the IBF Welterweight title!

Khan's best win was back in 2010 against Maidana who had already suffered a loss , we are shortly moving into 2017!

I hope for the sport of boxing Brook does the right thing and defends against his mand. Spence. It's a much better fight and at welterweight where we are at Spence has proved the better having knocked Algieri all over the ring and then knocking him out in short time ...Khan went life and death for a decision!

The fight really lost it's pop when Khan ran off to fight Algieri for peanuts rather than face Brook it is not the fight Khan and co. try to sell it as .Khan is simply average at best and well past even that status , he is damaged goods and has avoided EVERY contender at welter weight to con his way into money fights.

He said he felt great at 155 against Canelo until he was knocked unconscious then blamed the weight .Against Garcia at 140lbs he was knocked from pillar to post in what he called a lucky punch. In his first PPV. in England he was sparked out in 54 seconds against some one who turned out to be no more than average.....and according to Khan was cheated by some man in a hat in his clear points loss to Peterson.

Amir Khan is a clown and a con merchant to the naive and unsuspecting, a nobody fighting at welterweight and telling everyone it's his division , his weight but having NEVER faced a top welter contender!

Let's see who they invent for his warm up fight Mickey Rourke looks favorite, it should be a close one!

If Kell Brook is going to duck Errol Spence then he should hurry up already and vacate the belt.

That way Errol can fight for it and take his rightful place as a world champion.

i haven't been following boxing since Kovalev was robbed. I haven't posted since then.

Now, i will post in the fights that don't need a referee or judges to help one of the boxers.

                RIP Mr Khan.

This fight can happen now because Brook is stuck between a rock , Spence mandatory, and a hard place - packed 154 division. Who goes in favorite in a Brook-Jermall fight? Or Andrade-Brook? Even Canelo-Brook?
Somebody has whispered some sense into Brook's brain and he is probably learning to swallow his pride [beltholder] and think of his long term bank balance.

Where were you 2 and a half years ago? Porter was the American lion back then. He lost to Brook and all of a sudden he was a nobody on these boards.
Spence needs to get promoted better. He is too inactive for someone so good.
