A big money fight for both, but interesting from a lot of perspectives.

Can maybe understand Khan's perspective if he's given up on getting a fight with Pac, but hard to understand why Brook would give up his belt.

If at 147, would the winner carry Khan's mandatory challenger slot that Khan has been told is 'under consideration' depending on how his 'tune-up' goes ? Presumably if Khan wins he gets to keep his mando slot, but what if he loses ? Why would Brook trade in a belt for a mando slot ? (or nothing if he lost). It would widely be viewed as ducking Spence.

I would love to hear a solid reason why Khan isn't going headfirst toward a match with Pacquiao!! An earlier article said he wanted 4 or 5 more fights? Is this dude nuts? I like to watch him fight but he's going to get seriously hurt. Why not cash out and fight the 38 year old where he has a shot, instead of these 20 something lions who will knock him into next week?

khan is a scumbag, Brook has been asking for this fight for the past three years or so. Khan has avoided him the entire time saying brook was a class C fighter and now that khan is on the latter part of his career now he's ready to fight. Khan is cashing out and he'll probably get knocked out cold. Brook should turn his back and shun Khan just like Khan did to him. Brook has a brighter future so Khan can go fight some other tomato can and call it a career.

I agree all those fights are bigger even a DeGale v Groves unification rematch if they win there upcoming fights or Eubank v BJS rematch would be level with Khan v Brook nowadays in terms of the buzz it would create for UK fans.

Am I the only one that thinks Khan looks like a straight up hoe for wanting this fight now? Don't get me wrong, I will watch the fight, but Khan wanted no parts of Brook. Now that Brook has been beaten and had his orbital bone broke, Khan sees it as the perfect opportunity to try and take advantage.
