If not I can see a late rally by chavez if he steps up the gas after round 7
Think it would have to be to the body if he does. I think this fight is a lot closer than what people think.

Not the best fight, but I would watch it. These two don't like each other. Mexico's most popular fighter vs the son of the legend. Would watch.

Chavez Jr, outside of his brothers, has no fighters tied to him, so I doubt that he's all that willing to give up any money owed to him, in the name of getting another fighter tied to Haymon onto the undercard, big event or not.

Let's see what comes of the talks first, though.

Chances we get a Omar Chavez and Canelo's bro rematch is probably really high on the undercard.

Probably too soon for a Diego Dela Hoya vs Rey Vargas or JoJo Diaz vs Abner Mares, but imagine those two will be on the main portion of the undercard in step-up fights.

Haymon may put Charlo or Spence here both from Texas. Or even David Benavides.

It might be a dumb fight but a lot of people are going to see it.

Jojo Diaz could face Ronny Rios, they're both under GB.
