He already backed out of fighting Luis Ortiz just because of drug testing issues.

True, last time the WBA seemed to support Ustinov in the situation, would be shameful if they did it again and expected Briggs/Oquendo to go to Russia for a fight with no testing.

Hmm, Ortiz beat Ustinov yes I think so but Brigg and Oquendo with their age and lack of fighting obviously Ustinov hasn't fought much either but he is a gigantic lump who can use that to an advantage.
