Wasn't no off night! That's what you do when you fight a guy two weight classes lower! You get them fighting YOUR fight!!! And then walking them down....Brook trying to out KO GGG was like CanYellow trying to out BOX Floyd!!!

I agree that GGG didn't have an off night. A guy moving up two divisions is going to generally have a huge speed advantage or else he really has serious problems. It's like when Conor moved up to 155 in his last fight - his hand speed was blinding.

Brook actually had the off night as far as his approach, but he had no chance of beating GGG no matter how he fought that fight - he couldn't handle the power for 8 more rounds.

Jacobs would be a favorite over Brook in a fight at 160 - there is no doubt about that. Brook is an A level fighter, and so is Jacobs but in different ways - Jacobs punches like a Heavyweight and has nice speed all around.

TBH GGG told people what it was after the fight. Brook wasn't no MW. He didn't feel his punches. I think If I was a Pro boxer fighting someone that's 2 weights classes lower then me just off shear instinct I'd probably disregard their punches and walk through them just like GGG was doing.

Jacobs will catch GGG with punches because of the speed difference but I think he'll find GGG much harder to hit than it was for Brook.
