He'd been slowing down for quite some time before losing to Corrales. 37 is crazy ancient for 130 pounds and I'm surprised he didn't lose sooner TBH. He looked like he was having trouble getting off in quite a few of his recent fights and as though age was finally catching him.
I can't wait for these two nights of fighting. The Japanese scene at the moment is amazing and is just churning out great fighters. 112/115 has got to have the most talent in all of boxing, especially 115. Wild division and I can't wait to see what happens when they really start all getting into the mix with each other. So many amazing fights to be had there and I see a few incredible years ahead for us fans of that division.
