Povetkin is using masking agents, isn't this the same reason a Pacquiao didn't mind being tested on the fight day?

You do know that Stiverne backed out after the WBC wouldn't sanction it as an eliminator after the failed test. Why would he fight if the mandatory spot was no longer up for grabs?

So the WBC makes it mandatory for the number 1 and 2 challenger's to fight despite doping but won't make it mandatory for wilder to fight Povetkin under same conditions. Answer is Wilder will never have to face a top contender. So he should be able to retire undefeated with the non ranked BUMS he fights. BUMSQUAD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do they also know that what Stiverne tested for was discovered to be in a 5 hour energy drink which he was drinking in front of the VADA testers, vs Povetkin who was caught using a ped that is similiar to steriods?
