If they can get Chavez for that price they've robbed him blind. It isn't what he's worth in terms of what he's done recently its the fact that this fight in Texas would break countless attendance and gate records simply because it's the two biggest Mexican names in boxing. There goes Oscar with his same flat fee BS that didn't work on GGG and I'll bet won't work on Chavez either. Why would Chavez take 6 million flat fee bucks and watch Canelo make perhaps 5 times that much? I am a big Canelo fan and will be rooting for him if this fight does happen. Oscar is a serious cheapskate when it comes to offering fighters what they are worth.
