Lol, that's cute. After how many more tune-ups? Because the last one wasn't enough according to BJS.

I used to really like this guy.

Golden boy promotions should make this fight instead of Chavez.

Saunders wants the opportunity to make a name for himself and wants the recognition. Canelo wants the belt so he can eventually unify with GGG next September.

Add to that Jo Jo Diaz needs to fight Josh Warrington for the title eliminator. This makes the most sense for the long term.

Booth would be a great fit with Bill. Most likely once Chavez/Alvarez is announced, the WBO will mandate Khurtsidze.

been saying for months that Saunders is obviously waiting for Canelo, and that Saunders/Golovkin will never happen

Saunders better jump on any offer Canelo gives them. He held out all last year looking for bigger paydays then watched it almost blow up in his face with the disaster Akovov fight. Taking ANY tuneup fight before canelo is a major risk. And let's face it canelo or any fighter worth a damn at 160 look at him as a paper champ only wanting to fight him to take his belt. Once he loses that all changes because he brings nothing else to the table. Time to cash out you held that belt hostage long enough.

                    Canelo should fight Chavez NEXT

deny him that extra fat-camp, so that the catchweight hurts

that was it's intended purpose, after-all

that way BJS gets another look-good opportunity to help sell Canelo/Saunders

In a perfect world Chavez would settle in at 168 while Canelo does the same at 160..... but ?
