When it takes $3 million bucks (or therebouts) just to get a relatively obscure (to casuals) mandatory challenger to face you, then the fact is you are being avoided. Sure, Loefflers reluctance to play hardball definitely contributes to the issue, but the cat is being ducked, plain and simple.
Yes, the top gys at MW have avoided him. No denying that. This is in part why many of us suggest Haymon fighters get a chance at him.
Again, more victimhood. The reason it took $3 mil for a relatively obscure mando was because GGG's team offered the same $3 mil to a more obscure champion for a unification (for reasons we have debated back and forth). Once they met the mando's request, fight was made ( most likely because HBO/K2 had secured MSG on 3/18 and didn't want to risk losing the date),
You were in the business. Jacobs/Dibella/Haymon simply played their cards right. You are mad at them for this for reasons only you know.
This was high stakes poker. If you got a full house and the other dude has 4 of a kind there is no rule that you have to fold and give him the pot. You are allowed to bet to try and make him fold so you win the pot.

You guys need to be serious, this fight ain't making 100 million guaranteed.

Also keep in mind, IF he fights Canelo in september, and IF he wins the fight, at that point he will probably be a PPV fighter only.
Therefore, the december fight should also be on PPV.
==> Only the hypothetical fight between the jacobs and Canelo fight will get funded from the HBO budget.
But, only if everything will work as planned, GGG could lose, get injured or die, but as you see his wish to fight 4 times shouldnt concern the HBO budget at all.
Again if there is quality fights to be made Then I would hope and want to see GGG fight 12-24 times a year. But seeing guys that have no business in the ring just to get paid for the beating I won't watch... Except for Khan and Broner.

Highly doubt 4 fights especially with the fights he will/should be in this year. It's not like when he first started fighting in America. 3 fights max imo.
