Come on now. If you really bothered to rewatch that fight then you can clearly see that Kov won 5 rounds. There is no way that anyone can say that Ward clearly won 5 rounds, let alone 7. I do agree that Kov was gassing a bit towards the end, but so was Ward! Not sure what that has to do with anything though, the point here is that Kov was the Champ & the challenger has to take the titles! Ward in no shape or form did this. I don't call it a robbery, but it definitely was a gift. Let's just be honest, call it what it is & stop with the BS.
I would call getting off the floor, and then engaging the puncher with some pretty vicious body shots and taking the fight to him actually taking the belts.
By the time I read through the comments I forgot what the actual story was about because of all the hate involved. Don't get it. Not a Kovalev fanboy, was happy of Ward or Kov won. I had Kovalev beating Ward by a point, can understand those that think Ward won. Stevenson fights sub-par opposition. Before anyone tells me that Sakio Bika and T-Dog Williams are dangerous, please check yourself.
i'll say it top dawg williams is dangerous..i think he's earned that respect after he lost it...i know a few in that division that i'd pick him by ko over...gvrodvy or however u spell it would likely get put to sleep..
