I'd like to see Beterbiev against Stevenson. Would be an interesting fight. Stevenson is reliant on the power in his left (which is indeed a powerful weapon), and got the feeling Beterbiev could negate the left and counter - or not, which is why it would be interesting.

beterbiev wants no parts of that..same promoter and he's looking for every fight but stevenson...w/e tho

Should Ward vs Kovalev rematch delay, Kovalev will go after Stevenson. And a unification between Ward and Kovalev could happen after Kovalev has whooped Stevenson.
I suspect Ward will request for a voluntary defence of his titles before facing Kovalev.

kovalev cant do anything with stevenson at least until after april...and i highly doubt he's going to like the deal bc he has nothing to offer so he should only get about 30%...he better try to get those titles back first

... all fighters who aren't champions are generally rated by the governing bodies... not sure what else there is to miss.

With Kovalev no longer being champion, the WBC, WBA, IBF, and WBO will all likely rate him somewhere in their top 15.

I wouldnt mind seeing Kovalev vs Stevenson and Ward vs. Joe Smith before Kov and Ward rematch. I think itd help with the build up...

Stevenson has a mandatory defense against Elieder Alvarez to deal with before considering any other voluntary defense (which is what Kovalev would be at this point).

You got that right...and it really doesn't take a lot power to do it. The right manipulation of the neck, head landing on canvas wrong way are just some of the requirements.
