German-Turkish heavyweight Agit Kabayel (15-0) and Pole Mariusz Wach (32-2) clash for the vacant EBU title February 4 at the Maritim Hotel in Magdeburg with SES as promoter. Wach has been official challenger for quite some time and when Kubrat Pulev relinquished the title Kabayel, then EU champ, became co-challenger.

Kabayel isnt a half bad prospect punches hard enough to challenge the top 15 in the World HW mix

I hope Agit Kabayel'll win this fight but Mariusz Wach more experienced and he has physical advantage against Kabayel. Wach's chin really solid.

We will find out what Wach has left in this fight. He didn't look good against Nascimento his last time out following that loss to Povetkin. Kabayel is a solid up and comer who is coming off an impressive win against Lewandowski. I think Wach might be done, so I'm going Kabayel be decision

This is a good step up so we will see what he is made of. The lewsndowski win is ok but he only had maybe a dozen fights himself & he has dropped another fight to the Timur Stark who looks like a good journeyman. Kabayel really struggled with Gbenga Oloukon & may have got a questionable decision. Oloukon is a good journeyman but Wach is a big step up. If this fight happens it will be tough to call. Wach has to be the favorite but the Nascimento fight leaves some questions about him. What does he have left? Interesting fight for sure.
