Winner of AJ-Klitschko has to fight Luis Ortiz.

"Gilberto J. Mendoza will sanction the vacant WBA 'Super' belt to be on the line when IBF champion Joshua collides with Klitschko on April 29, live on Sky Sports Box Office.

"The decision is the following: Joshua will fight Klitschko, the winner will have to face Ortiz. I will set deadlines between the winner of Joshua and Klitschko [to agree a fight with Ortiz]." Mendoza told the media."

    Quote from Sky Sports.

Eddie Hearn strikes again. Gotta give it to him. Either way, he'll have a champ in his stable. Wlad ain't getting past both guys.

It is the WBA their deadlines are pretty meaningless, they will let Ortiz twist in the wind while raking whoever wins for large sums of money.

If the WBA is prompt on enforcing this it will be the first time, so I am doubtful until I actually see them doing something to make it happen.

Not sure it happens this way. The WBA might order Ortiz vs. the highest ranked contender for the WBA 'Regular' title and give the winner of Joshua-Klitschko at least two voluntary défenses to allow potential superfights against Haye, Fury, Wilder, or a Klitschko rematch.

There was some talk, but it doesn't seem to have materialized into anything real just yet. Briggs just wants a fight with someone who can get him paid and I don't think he cares who.

Yea, how often does the WBA enforce anything?

True I'd be pretty shocked if he can beat both. Hearn will most likely have the recognized champion after this boils over.
