Who hyped for Stiverne v Wilder 2?

Where are the people claiming Stiverne was dehydrated and drained thus not himself when he fought Wilder. If someone believed that malarkey they should want to see this fight because Stiverne can obviously do better.

Or Wilder is a bad match-up for Stiverne and he is not good enough to ever do better.

Wilder will be bigger and stronger in this one by possibly 20 pounds another King attempt to stay relevant ,but honestly can anyone tell me who Stiverne actually beat ever? It'll be another opponent rated #47 in the world on boxrec, then Stiverne afterwards. The WBC were letting him have a tune up before the mandatory was due and that won't change.
