8sh-15ish anywhere is pretty fair, imo. His name on forums brings some of the dumbest arguments for and against him of any fighter. I can see a lot of different cases you can make to move him up and down in that range.

I have him at 10 all time. Unbelievable longevity. His comp hurts him, to to remain that focussed for that long while being on top takes a special fighter.
