I'm not really sure what his options are. He can go back to fighting on Japanese tv where nobody cares if that's wat he wants.

He owes Cuadras a rematch from the robbery. Cuadras gave this guy a boxing lesson all night.

              Fairness in boxing

What is the problem? WE THE FANS!!!!

Fan #1 - the uneducated type

Fan #2 - the bias type

              The uneducated fan:
This is a person who is going to run chocolatito into the ground because he simply wants more money. They think he is greedy and the p4p rating has gone to his head. The very least this fan could do is educate themselves about expenses in the industry.

Apparently $400,000 was his purse for his last fight??
The US govt takes 30% of all foreign boxers purse prior to them being paid but after the following deductions.
The manager taken between 15-30% depending on the contract.
The trainer usually receives 10% (unless negotiated otherwise)
              The cutman gets 2-3%
              The assistant trainer gets 3%
              Sanctioning fee is 3%
              Sparring partners - negotiated fee.

When pacquaio fought morales for a second time the purse was $2,000,000. After expenses he walked away with $313,446.

While $400,000 sounds like a nice figure, the boxer is lucky to walk away with a third of it.
I do not blame him for wanting a higher figure, closer to that of the other, less skillful and entertaining champions.

              The bias type:
Chocolatito is currently one of the most humble, down to earth - but exciting, talented and skillful boxers on the planet. Why the boxing establishment and fans talk more about the less entertaining fights than his - i do not know. His last fight with caudras has barely been talked about in comparison to ward vs kov and many others. If you watch both fights and tell me kov/ward was more entertaining or skillful, i know you are bias.

The reason p4p was invented is because traditionally the heavyweight division has received the most attention. When it was clear SRR was the best boxer on the planet, but received less attention than the heavyweights, so something needed to be done.

Nothing has changed and this is the reason why chocolatito is p4p #1 and getting paid the least.
I ask you - please - go back and watch his last fight and take note of the variety of combination punching, the upper body movement, the pace of action and compare it in comparison to other champs and their fights. It is clearly more entertaining and beautiful to watch.

Please, appreciate natural talent, regardless of size, in our sport.

Y'all going to be sorry when Chocolate is gone. Most accomplished fighter in the game, four weight champion, longest lineage in the sport was held by RG, fought all his rivals in their backyard his whole career ( all over the world )...putting the lowerweights on the map ; just last year alone he was in the leading FOTY candidate at the same time moving up in weight and said he will be fighting three times in 2017 with sharks : Caudras, Estrada, Innoue and the list at 115 goes on.

                    Hahahaha he never unified titles.

In his backyard? Hahaha Japan is his house, and he never fought the best of his division except in the 105 pounds.

Chocolatito pricing himself out of the fight

                      first Estrada and now this..

why is chocolatito afraid of rematching mexicans he already beat?

maybe he believes that mexicans are like super saiyans that become stronger after they take a beating
