    • Through each fighter's first 5 PPVs, Floyd holds only ONE advantage over Conor - That's the buy rate of the De La Hoya fight. Floyd greatly benefited in that contest by having another incredible draw in Oscar. Conor has yet to face another fighter that is his equal in terms of PPV draws.

    • If Conor maintains his pace, he'll break all of Floyd's records in 2 years and 196 days
    • Averages 13,593 PPVs per day
    • Needs 12,590,000 PPVs to pass Floyd
    • That equates to 926 days
    • That can also equate to about 9 more PPVs at his average buy rate of 1.43M. Since his average has increased every single time he's headlined, this stands to go down.
this is plain ******. The UFC and boxing do their ppv's completely different.

So what? That just means Conor is grossly underpaid and ripped off by greedy White. Mayweather makes many times what Conor makes every fight. I enjoy many MMA fights and some of those guys can fight their ass off. It's a very rough sport and all of them are badly underpaid. Apparently the main control the MMA fighters have over their career is they can retire. Other than that it seems they are told who to fight and when to fight them and how much they will be paid. They don't demand fights. They ask and sometimes beg for fights. Boxing is my most loved sport by far but I really like watching many MMA fights and fighters. These MMA shows may pull in huge money but too little of it ends up with the fighters who deserve it the most.

On top of competing in a much more lucrative industry, Floyd is pushing 40. Conor only turned 28 about five months ago.

That's why Conor is begging Floyd for a payday. Problem is, dude has a boss and boss isn't excusing him from work. Boxing is big in Ireland, Conor could have chosen the more lucrative career path

MMA was obviously more interesting to him. And Dana White said he's open to a boxing match with Floyd if the circumstances are right.

lol @ begging Floyd for a payday. Floyd needs Conor more than Conor needs him.

Floyd is worth like half a billion. He doesn't need anyone. Conor jumped in line behind Ronda in calling out Mayweather for a fight.

Go look at UFC PPV's with and without conor lol. None of them even crack 1mil and are lucky if they get 500k. You dont have to be bias about it, conor is a massive draw.

If Floyd wants his 50th fight to be as big as possible, then yes, he needs Conor. He's the biggest name in combat sports right now that he could fight.

McGregor, on the other hand, is so hot right now that he could fight some bloke off the street and do over a million PPV buys.
