The WBA, WBC, IBF and WBO all recognize each other and nobody else.

Therefore, the IBO is unrecognized and irrelevant. Even though they buy ads on this site and are given world title recognition in return.

They are trying to smartly market the IBO belt so its got more juice than it deserves & a few legit champions last I looked at their belt holders, but ultimately its a bs belt thats an also ran title no one should care about & just helps confuse the already blurred lines of who's the real champion.

no it's not part of the 4 major titles (WBC, WBA, IBF, and WBO) then we have the two lineage titles (Ring and Lineal)

Who had a 9-7 record at the time of the IBO title fight. Its not a bad record if you're an NFL team but as a professional boxer fighting for a so called legitimate title, hmmmm not a good look.
