Did you really expect the dedicated GGG haters on here to be fair and reasonable and give GGG credit for seeking out and fighting one of the best and most dangerous middleweights in the world? SugarCaneHook, Canelo-Maidana, The Real Pugilist and a few others apparently joined this forum for the soul purpose of trashing the hell out of GGG several times daily. GGG is always the bad guy to them. Any fight that doesn't happen that they say should happen is automatically his fault. The moment a good fighter like champion Lemieux or champion Jacobs sign the contract to fight GGG they turn into a harmless bum to these guys. If GGG, a smaller 34 year old middleweight competes at his natural fighting weight of 160 Canelo-Maidana calls him a coward for the 437th time for not fighting Kovalev or Ward at 175 pounds. GGG could KO every top 10 world rated middleweight in one year and he still would get no respect from the GGG haters on this board.

yeah true ^. as i said, more fool me. Thought people might be happy that the fight the wanted got made and they would be looking forward to it but i was being naive. I should have known better.

Reading so much negative **** regarding this fight, thought people would be happy its made seen as its the fight you were asking for, more fool me.Thought a few days ago golovkin was apparantly avoiding jacobs and low balling him to avoid the fight happening? He was the man to test him? But now hes rubbish apparantly? Think some of you actually would rather golovkin fought a bum so you could ***** and moan, saying that a good chunk of you are still doing that anyway regardless. Why cant you just look forward to a fight ffs, is between the number 1 and number 2 in the division, fed up of the constant negativity

I agree. Jacobs will actually be Golovkin's biggest test. He has one punch power, size, and actual boxing ability in the ring. He isn't a crudish midget like Lemeaux, or a contender flunky, and failed chin checker like Curtis Stevens. The only other viable middleweight opponent that Golovkin has fought was Murray, and he didn't have power, or punch variety, very basic with his high guard defense. I'm looking forward to this fight. There is real danger for Golovkin here. He's the favorite, but this is a real middleweight opponent he is facing, not the Wades, Monroes, Rubios, and Geales.

yeah youve hit the nail on the head. Thing is they say that golovkins defence is so crap and he got wobbled by brook apparantly but jacobs isnt any threat? Surely hes got a real chance of golovkins defence is as leaky as they say and his chin cant be good if brook was wobbling him. Its almost as if they make this **** up as they go along to fit an agenda....
